This light and non-greasy sunscreen cream, free from Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, ethanol and volatile silicones, applies to wet skin without whitening. Multifunctional cold-process Olivem® 2020 is the only emulsifier used. HallBrite® BHB provides sunscreen solvency and emolliency. In vitro testing suggested SPF ~32, PFA (PPD) ~12 performance with critical wavelength = 378 nm. In vivo testing (5 subjects) yielded static SPF 39 in a US laboratory, with 80 minute water resistant SPF 38.

| 1 | To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing. Add phase B and heat to 55°C. Stop heating after all solids have dissolved. |
