This water-resistant, preservative-free sunscreen was designed to provide SPF 50 performance using non-nano UV filters.

  • The HallBrite® BHB in the formulation’s HallBrite® EZ-FLO ZDX Plus aids wetting and dispersion of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide and enhances product feel.
  • Biochemica® Turmeric Butter delivers superior performance in moisturization and skin barrier function, as well as antioxidant benefits.

In vitro analysis delivered SPF ~55, PFA (PPD) ~18 performance with critical wavelength 377 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

1To the main vessel add phase A and start mixing, and then heat to 80°C.
2Add phase B into phase A and mix until uniform.
3After 5 minutes start cooling batch and when batch is < 70°C add phase C and mix well.
4Pour into chosen container and cool down.
