PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

To a secondary vessel, add phase A, and start mixing. Disperse phase B with mixing, and start heating AB to 70°C.
Then add phase C in order with mixing. When phase ABC homogenous, add phase D and mix until D is well dispersed.
Add water of phase E to the main vessel. Disolve EDTA with mixing. When EDTA dissolved, add Xanthan gum and mix until fully incorporated.
Start heating phase E to 70°C.
When both phase are homogenous, and at their designated temperature, add oil phase ABCD to water phase E with prop mixing.
After mixing for five minutes, start cooling and homogenize until batch reaches 55°C. Resume sweep mixing with conitue cooling.
At 50°C or lower, add premixed phase F. Then, very slowly add premixed phase G and continue mixing for 20 minutes.
Replace any water lost to evaporation, and mix until smooth.
When at desired filling temperature, stop cooling and mixing, perform final quality assurance checks and package product.
