This globally positioned formula delivers superior broad-spectrum protection against the burning and aging rays of the sun with daily wear quality esthetics by using elegant sunscreen solvent HallBrite BHB with HallBrite PSF, the silicone-based triplet state quencher, to photostabilize Avobenzone. Its low viscosity allows it to be used both as a wetting solution for sunscreen wipes and as a sunscreen lotion spray. SPF and PFA are in vitro estimates.

| To the main vessel, add the liquids from phase A and start mixing. Dissolve the Disodium EDTA, then add the Xanthan. |
| Mix phase A until Xanthan is fully incorporated and then begin heating to 50C. |
| In a separate vessel, add phase B ingredients and start mixing. When solution is homogenous, add phase C to phase B and begin heating phase BC to 50°C with continued mixing. When Avobenzone is dissolved, add phase D ingredients to phase BC, in order. Once dissolved, add phase E to phase BCD just before combining oil phase BCDE to water phase A with prop mixing. Continue prop mixing for 5 minutes. |
| Homogenize for 10 minutes, then return to prop mixing. Very slowly, add premix phase F and contune mixing for 20 minutes. |
| Finally, add phase G while mixing and cooling until room temperature, replace any water lost, mix until smooth. Perform quality checks. |
