This sprayable formula is suitable for beachwear or any outdoor activity and provides superior broad-spectrum protection against both the burning and aging rays of the sun. Polycrylene®, a polymeric triple state-quenching photostabilizer, keeps the formulation from losing effectiveness during sun exposure. Sunscreen solvent and emollient HallBrite® BHB adds a nice touch of elegance to the afterfeel. In vivo testing of the base formula (using aloe vera gel instead of an aloe extract in safflower oil) yielded SPF 33.6 (six subjects) and PFA 12.0 (five subjects). Critical wavelength =376 nm.

| 1 | An explosion-proof environment is required throughout preparation and packaging. |
| 2 | Combine Phase A in a secondary vessel, start center-stir (prop) mixing and heat to 50°C. |
| 3 | Add Phase B ingredients to Phase A and when homogeneous and clear, start cooling. |
