Golfers Lip Balm SPF 30

This lip balm is designed to meet US FDA requirements for broad spectum sun protection and in vitro testing demonstrated SPF 35, PFA 8 performance with critical wavelength 373 nm.

PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

1	Combine phase A in the main vessel and start heating with mixing to 75°C.
2	Add phase B into phase A and, when completed dissolved, add phase C into phase AB. Heat with mixing to 85 - 90°C.
3	When batch is clear, maintain agitation for 10 minutes and then cool to 65 - 70°C.
4	Perform quality assurance checks and pour approved product into packaging.
