PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

In a secondary vessel, add phase A ingredients and start mixing. Then add phase B ingredients to phase A, one at a time.
When phase AB is uniform, add phase C and begin heating phase ABC to 90°C. Then add phase D to phase ABC, in order.
To the main vessel, add water from phase E and begin mixing. Dissolve the Tetrasodium EDTA, then add Tromethamine and heat to 90°C.
Premix phase F in a separate vessel and then add to phase E just before combining oil phase ABCD to water phase EF.
When both phases ABCD and EF are homogenous and at temperature, add oil phase ABCD to water phase EF with strong mixing.
After 10 minutes, homogenize and cool until batch is at 55°C or for 3 minutes, then return to prop mixing and continue cooling.
When batch is below 45°C, add phase G ingredients with mixing in between and until uniform. Replace water lost. Perform QA checks.
