| 1 | Prepare phase A (without gum and crosspolymer) and heat it to 75-80°C. |
| 2 | Prepare phase B and heat it to 70-75°C. |
| 3 | Disperse the thickeners of phase A into phase A using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, Ultra-Turrax®). |
| 4 | Add phase B to phase A at 75°C homogenizing using the suitable dispersion unit. |
| 5 | Cool phase AB under gentle stirring. |
| 6 | Combine phase C with care, add to phase AB and then add phase D items one by one below 40° C. |
| 7 | Continue mixing and cooling until uniform and at desired filling temperature. |
