This BB cream was designed to provide light coverage with anti-aging benefits and superb (SPF/PFA <<3) label SPF 30 sun protection. With continued use, this product is designed to deliver an improved appearance to skin showing the adverse effects of chronological or premature aging. Eurol® BT contributes its anti-irritation, anti-inflammatory, hydrating, moisturizing, skin elasticizing and anti-oxidant benefits. Anti-aging benefits may include smoothing away wrinkles, decreasing the number of fine lines, evening out rough areas and restoring a natural color and tone to the skin. HallBrite® BHB aids UV filter solvency and contributes to a nice afterfeel. SolaStay® S1 and SolaStay® P1 provide photostabilization for Avobenzone for improved sun protection. In vitro analysis suggests label SPF 30 (SPF ~35, PFA (PPD) ~30) broad spectrum performance with critical wavelength 384 nm.

| 1 | To a secondary vessel add phase A, start mixing and slowly add phase B to phase A with continued mixing. Heat phase AB to 85°C. |
| 2 | With mixing add phase C to phase AB and, when dissolved, add phase D. Before later combining phases, add phase E to phase ABCD and mix well. |
| 3 | To the main vessel add the Water of phase F, start mixing, add the Disodium EDTA, then add the Xanthan Gum, and heat this phase to 80°C. |
| 4 | When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add phase ABCDE to phase F with prop mixing. |
| 5 | Homogenize combined phases for 3 minutes and then resume prop mixing and start cooling batch. |
| 6 | When the batch is below 45°C, add premix of phase G with mixing and then phase H ingredients, in order, with mixing. |
| 7 | Replace any water lost to evaporation and mix batch until smooth and at desired filling temperature. |
