| 1 | Prepare phase A and phase B separately, dispersing Xanthan Gum with a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Ultra-Turrax®, Silverson); |
| 2 | Warm both phases to 70-75°C; |
| 3 | Add phase A to phase B and homogenize for a few minutes using the suitable dispersion unit; |
| 4 | Cool under gentle stirring, adding phase C when phase AB is below 40°C; |
