PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

1Add the preservative to the water and warm it up to 70-75°C
2Add Gellan Gum and let it swell into the water under stirring
3Add CaCl2 solution and stirr for 5 minutes
4Adjust the pH between 5.0 and 5.5 with Citric Acid Anhydrous
5Let the solution cool down to room temperature with no stirring
6Break the gel with homogenizator
7Dust phase D during mixing till it's completely swelled
8Prepare phase E and stirr till the ingredients are completely dissolved
9Add slowly phase ABCD to phase E under agitation
10Add phase F
