HallBrite® BHB (Butyloctyl Salicylate) in HallBrite® EZ-FLO TDX aids UV filter solubility and enhances product feel. SolaStay® S1 (Ethylhexyl Methoxycrylene) mitigates the photocatalytic and reactive oxygen species-generating activities of Titanium Dioxide. In vitro analysis suggests SPF ~45, PFA (PPD) ~12 performance with critical wavelength 376 nm.h

1 | To the main vessel, add phase A and start mixing. Add phase B with mixing and start heating phase AB to 85°C. |
2 | Add phase C to phase AB, and mix well until uniform. |
3 | To a secondary vessel add phase D, start mixing, and when fully incorporated heat to 75°C. |
4 | When both phases are homogenous at their designated temperature, start homogenizing phase ABC. |
5 | Very slowly add phase D to phase ABC. |
6 | Start to cool to room temperature. When phase ABCD is below 50°C, add phase E to it and continue mixing until cool. |
