This water-in-oil sunscreen spray provides broad spectrum sun protection without using organic UV filters. HallBrite® BHB (Butyloctyl Salicylate) in HallBrite® EZ-FLO TDX contributes a very good dispersion for Titanium Dioxide. One person in vivo testing yielded static SPF 57.5 and PFA 18.8 in a US lab. In vitro analysis suggests SPF ~55, PFA (PPD) ~17, PA ++++, performance with critical wavelength 374 nm.

| 1 | To the main vessel, add phase A and start mixing. Add phase B with mixing. Start heat to 75°C. |
