This anti-aging spray makes use of multifunctional active ingredient Eurol BT for its moisturizing, skin elasticizing, skin lightening and free radical quenching properties towards reversing the visible signs of skin aging. Highly protective SolaStay S1- photostabilized broad spectrum sun protection is also included to resist further aging of the skin. This product was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~55, PFA (PPD) ~22 performance with critical wavelength 375 nm. Always shake sample well before use.

1 | To the main vessel add Water of phase A, start mixing, add the remaining phase A ingredients in order, and heat to 70°C. |
2 | To another vessel add phase B, start mixing, add in order phase C ingredients, heat to 70°C, add phase D ingredients, and then add phase E. |
3 | With both phases homogeneous and at 70°C, add phase BCDE to phase A with stirring and after 5 min, start cooling and homogenize for 3 min. |
4 | Resume mixing while cooling and, at 50°C or lower, very slowly add previously prepared phase F dispersion. |
5 | After 20 minutes add phase G premix, then phase H items in order and, when batch is 35°C or lower, then add phase I with mixing. |
6 | Replace any water lost to evaporation and mix until smooth. Perform quality assurance checks and package product. |
