| 1 | Prepare phase A and disperse the thickeners using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.), heat up to 75-80°C; |
| 2 | Prepare phase B and warm it up to 70-75°C; |
| 3 | Add phase B into phase A homogenizing for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.); |
| 4 | Slowly add phase C while homogenizing; |
| 5 | Cool down to 40°C under slow agitation using a wat er bath; |
| 6 | Add phase D and E and homogenize for a few minutes; |
