Broad Spectrum Oil-in-Water SPF 40 Sunscreen Lotion

This formulation was designed to provide broad spectrum (SPF/PFA ≤3) performance.  Extremely rapid excited state quenching SolaStay® S1 and HallBrite® ISO efficiently photostabilize Avobenzone, protecting it from photodegradation and so improve sunscreen performance.  HallBrite® BHB contributes to UV filter solubility and enhanced product feel.  One person in vivo testing yielded static SPF 46, PFA 19 in a US lab, SPF 46 in a Korean lab. In vitro SPF 40, PFA 16 with critical wavelength 380 nm.
