This sunscreen cream formulation delivers true broad-spectrum sun protectin, making use of singlet state quenching SolaStay®S1, triplet state quenching organosilicone HallBrite®PSF, and elegant sunscreen solvent and emollient HallBrite®BHB tp photostabilize a combination of the sunscreen active ingedients Homosalate and Avobenzone. Sunspheres magnify sunscreen active ingredients performance. In vitro testing indicates SPF ~ 40, PFA (PPD) ~ 30. Critical wavelength = 380nm.

1 | To a secondary vessel, add phase A and start mixing. Add phase B, het to 85°C, and then add phase C individually. |
2 | When AB homogenous, add phase D and mix this oil phase until D is well dissolved |
3 | Add water of phase E to the main vessel, dissolve EDTA with continue mixing and then add Xanthan gum, stirring until fully incorporated. |
4 | Start heating phase E to 80°C and add premix phase F to the water phase with mixing. |
5 | When both phases are homogenous, and at their designated temperature, slowly add the oil phase ABCD to the water phase EF with mixing. |
6 | Start homogenizing and cooling. When the batch reaches 55°C, start sweet mixing and continue cooling. Add simulgel and continue mixing until fully incorporated. |
7 | Add Silica and continue mixing until incorporated. When completely smooth, perform final quality assurance checks. |
