PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

To a secondary vessel add phase A, start mixing, add phase B to A, heat phase AB to 85°C and then add phase C ingredients in order.
When phase ABC is homogenous, add phase D to it, immediately before transferring oil phase into water phase. Mix well before combining.
Add Water and Glycerin from phase E to the main vessel, dissolve Disodium EDTA with continued mixing and then add Xanthan Gum.
Mix until components of phase E are fully incorporated and then heat phase E to 80°C.
When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add the oil phase ABCD to the water phase E with prop mixing. After 2 minutes, homogenize batch for 3 minutes and then return to prop mixing and begin cooling.
When batch is < 50°C, add phase F ingredients one by one and continue mixing and cooling until batch is at room temperature.
Replace any water lost to evaporation, mix until smooth and perform quality assurance checks.
