This formulation was designed to provide SPF 50 performance using only zinc oxide to deliver UV filter content. It is water-resistant, preservative-free, and can be customized with natural butters and oils.
The HallBrite® BHB in HallBrite® EZ-FLO ZDX Plus aids wetting and dispersion of the zinc oxide and enhances the feel of the final product.
Our Biochemica® Shea Butter HMP is combined with Biochemica® Lemon Butter to soften, moisturize and rejuvenate skin, and contribute a nice fragrance. In vitro analysis delivered SPF ~59, PFA (PPD) ~18 performance with critical wavelength 376 nm.

| 1 | To the main vessel add phase A and start mixing, and then heat to 80°C. |
| 2 | Add phase B into phase A and mix until uniform. |
| 3 | After 5 minutes start cooling batch and when batch is < 70°C add phase C and mix well. |
