1 | Heat phase A to 75°C in a secondary vessel, mixing to homogeneity, while also heating phase B to 70°C in the main vessel. |
2 | Emulsify phase A into phase B using a moderate shearing homogenizer. |
3 | When batch is homogeneous cool to 40°C and add phase C. |
4 | When batch is again uniform add phase D to bring batch pH to about 5.5 and continue mixing and cooling until batch is at room temperature. |
