PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing (Heat up to 50 - 55°C to help dissolve Avobenzone fast if needed). After Avobenzone is dissolved totally, add phase B and mix until uniform.
To the main vessel add the liquids of phase C, start mixing and add solid item one by one.
When solids of phase C are fully incorporated, slowly add phase D to phase C with strongly mixing until a smooth gel is formed.
When both phases are homogeneous, slowly add phase AB to phase CD with prop mixing.
After a smooth gel is formed, add phase E one by one with mixing
Continue mixing until batch is smooth, replacing any water lost to evaporation and mixing until smooth.
