This simple-process, oil-in-water mineral sunscreen spray formulation requires no heating. It provides broad spectrum sun protection using only the non-whitening HallBrite® EZ-FLO TDX as a UV filter. Florasolvs® Macadamia-16 acts as a second emulsifier and leaves skin feeling smooth and soft. In vitro analysis delivered SPF ~31, PFA (PPD) ~6 performance with critical wavelength 379 nm.

| 1 | To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing, add phase B with mixing. |
