This SPF 15 sunscreen lotion makes use of only mineral sunscreen active ingredients and almost exclusively vegetal-derived ingredients. It is the solution to moisturize and protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays. Olive oil-derived ingredients such Sensolene® Care DD and Olivem® 1000 provide hydration and protect the skin against the inflammation. This natural and fast-absorbing formula delivers broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection and long-lasting moisture, all with a clean, non-greasy feel.

1 | Add phase A to the main vessel and then disperse phase B items into phase A with mixing; |
2 | Add phase C to a secondary vessel, heat to 70-75°C, add phase D, disperse uniformly and then add phase CD to phase AB; |
3 | In a separate vessel combine phase E, warm it to 75-80°C with mixing and when uniform add it to phase ABCD using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra-Turrax®); |
4 | Mix phase F items together, add to phase ABCDE using the suitable dispersion unit and then cool batch to room temperature under gentle stirring; |
5 | Prepare phase G as a dispersion using a suitable dispersion unit; |
6 | When uniform add phase G to phase ABCDEF using a suitable dispersion unit and when uniform add phase H. |
7 | Continue mixing batch until uniform and homogeneous. |
