This formulation was designed around HallBrite® EZ-FLO ZDX non-nano Zinc Oxide dispersion to provide SPF 25 performance. It is water resistant, preservative-free, and can be customized to use specific natural butters and oils. Here, Biochemica® Olive Butter combines with Biochemica® Lime Butter to soften, moisturize and rejuvenate skin while contributing a nice smell. In vitro analysis indicates SPF ~25, PFA (PPD) ~8 performance with critical wavelength 373 nm.

| 1 | To the main vessel add phase A, start mixing and then heat to 80°C. |
| 2 | Add phase B into phase A, mix until uniform and after five minutes start cooling batch. |
| 3 | When batch is below 70°C add phase C and mix well. |
| 4 | At desired filling temperature, pour into chosen containers and cool relatively rapidly for smoothest consistency. |
