This formulation was designed to provide SPF 20 (US) performance using only HallBrite® EZ-FLO TDX titanium dioxide dispersion to deliver UV filter content. It is water resistant, preservative free, and can be customized to feature specific natural butters and oils. The HallBrite® BHB in HallBrite® EZ-FLO TDX aids wetting and dispersion of the Titanium Dioxide and enhances product feel. Biochemica® Coffee Butter combines with Biochemica® Lemon Butter to soften, moisturize and rejuvenate skin, and contribute a revitalizing scent. In vitro analysis suggested SPF ~25, PFA (PPD) ~4 performance with critical wavelength 371 nm, towards SPF 10 labeling in many regions outside the United States.

| 1 | To the main vessel add phase A, start mixing and then heat to 80°C. |
| 2 | Add phase B into phase A and mix until uniform. |
| 3 | After 5 minutes start cooling batch and when batch is below 70°C add phase C and mix well. |
| 4 | When batch is at target filling temperature, pour into chosen containers and cool relatively rapidly for smoothest consistency. |
