This sunscreen lotion makes use of globally approved UV filters, delivered from an oil-in-water emulsion based on Hallstar Italia emulsifiers and stabilizers. Eurol® BT contributes skin lightening and anti-aging effects while Sensolene® Care DD and HallBrite® BHB contribute to pleasant sensorial properties. In vitro testing suggests SPF 25, PFA 9 performance with critical wavelength 376 nm.

| 1 | To a secondary vessel, add phase A and start mixing. Add phase B to phase A and heat phase AB to 75°C. |
| 2 | Add phase C to phase AB with mixing. |
| 3 | To the main vessel add the Water and Glycerin of phase D, start mixing, add the chelant, and then add the thickeners. |
| 4 | Continue stirring phase D until fully incorporated and then heat phase D to 75°C. |
| 5 | When the contents of both vessels are homogeneous and at 75°C, slowly add oil phase ABC to water phase D with prop mixing. |
| 6 | After 2 minutes, homogenize for 3 minutes, resume prop mixing and start cooling, adding phase E when batch is below 50°C. |
| 7 | Continue mixing until batch is at room temperature. Replace any water lost to evaporation and mix until smooth. |
