This sunscreen uses elegant emollient and sunscreen solvent HallBrite® BHB and Olivem®, Oliwax® and Eurol® olive-inspired multifunctional chemistries towards providing superior esthetics and enhanced skin care. This product yielded SPF 34 and PFA 9 performance in in vitro testing, with critical wavelength 376 nm.

1 | To a secondary vessel, add phase A ingredients, start mixing and heat to 75°C. |
2 | Add phase B ingredients in order to phase A with continued mixing. |
3 | To the main vessel add the Water of phase C, start mixing, add the remaining phase C ingredients in order and, when homogeneous, heat to 75°C. |
4 | When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add phase AB to phase C with prop mixing. |
5 | After 2 minutes of prop mixing, homogenize for 3 minutes and then resume prop mixing and start cooling. |
6 | When phase ABC is below 50°C add phase D. |
7 | Continue mixing batch until at room temperature, replacing any water lost to evaporation and mixing until smooth. |
