PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE

1To a secondary vessel add phase A, start mixing and slowly add phase B components individually to phase A with continued mixing.
2Heat phase AB to 85°C and then add phase C ingredients with mixing. Add phase D to phase ABC and mix until phase D is fully dissolved.
3To the main vessel add the Water of phase E, start mixing, add the Disodium EDTA, then add the Pemulen ® TR-2, and heat this phase to 80°C. Then add premix of phase F to phase E
4When both phases ABCD and EF are homogeneous and at designated temperatures, slowly add phase ABCD to phase EF with mixing
5Start homogenizing intensivly for 3 minutes. Stop homogenizing and resume prop mixing, and start cooling
6When the batch is at 55°C, add premixed phase G, and then Phase H with mixing
