This sprayable formula is suitable for beachwear or any outdoor activity and provides superior broad-spectrum protection against both the burning and aging rays of the sun. SolaStay® S1, an extremely rapid singlet state quenching photostabilizer, and HallBrite® ISO helpS the formulation from losing effectiveness during sun exposure. In vitro testing suggests SPF ~ 50 and PFA (PPD) ~ 19 performance. Critical wavelength = 376 nm.

| 1 | Add phase A to secondary vessel, start center-stir (prop) mixing, heat to 50°C and then add phase B. |
| 2 | When phase AB are homogeneous and clear, start cooling. |
| 3 | To the main vessel add phase C. With mixing add phase D and continue mixing until completely dissolved and uniform. |
