This Sprayable sunscreen formula is suitable for beachwear or any outdoor activity and provides broad-spectrum protection against both the burning and aging rays of the sun. HallBrite® BHB, an elegant sunscreen solvent and emollient, helps ensure crystalline UV filter solvency and adds a nice touch of elegance to the afterfeel. SolaStay® S1, and SolaStay® P1, unique and very rapid singlet state quenching photostabilizers, help keep the formulation from losing effectiveness during sun exposure. In vitro analysis suggests label SPF ~60 PFA (PPD) ~11 with critical wavelength 373 nm.

| 1 | Add phase A to secondary vessel, start center-stir (prop) mixing, heat to 50°C and then add phase B. |
| 2 | When phase AB are homogeneous and clear, start cooling. |
| 3 | To the main vessel add phase C. With mixing add phase D and continue mixing until completely dissolved and uniform. |
| 4 | Slowly add phase AB to phase CD with mixing. |
| 5 | When uniform and clear, perform final quality assurance checks and package product in pump spray bottle. |
