This Skin Care “screen” formulation is a multi-action all inclusive formulation containing a combination of Olivem® 1000 and Solastay® S1 that “surrounds” the skin helping to delay the signs of skin aging due to sun damages. The presence of Sensolene® gives it a unique nourishing but very light sensoriality. The formulation was tested in vitro and the results correspond to SPF~32, PFA~19 with critical wavelength 381nm.

| 1 | Add phase A to a secondary vessel, start mixing and heat to 50°C, add phase B to phase A, heat to 75°C; |
| 2 | Add Phase C to Phase A+B and let it completely dissolve; |
| 3 | Add Phade D to the secondary vessel and disperse it under magnetic stirring; |
| 4 | Prepare phase E in the main vessel,disperse thickeners using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.). Heat it to 80°C; |
| 5 | Slowly add the oil phase ABCD to the water phase D and homogenize for 3 minutes; |
| 6 | Cooling down to room tempereature under gentle agitation; |
| 7 | Add phase F homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.). |
