A broad spectrum natural (using only microfine oxide UV filters) sunscreen cream. SolaStay® S1 is incorporated to mitigate the photocatalytic and reactive oxygen species generating activities of oxides and so improve sunscreen performance. HallBrite® BHB aids wetting and dispersion of oxides and enhances product feel. This formulation was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~ 55, PFA (PPD) ~ 19 performance with critical wavelength 379 nm.

| Add phase C into phase AB, and mix well until all are dissolved. |
| To a secondary vessel add phase D, mix until fully incorporated and heat to 80°C, mixing well. |
| When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, start homogenizing oil phase ABC and slowly add water phase D. |
| When combined phases are homogeneous, start cooling and when batch is below 45°C add phase E with continued mixing. |
| Stop mixing batch when it has been cooled to room temperature. |
